Free repair rules


"Okugawa promises to meet the following conditions, from the date of product sale, during the product's effective warranty period (the warranty period of different parts of the product may be different, see the main component warranty period list for details), will provide free product warranty service, The customer does not need to pay the inspection fees, labor costs, replacement parts costs, test costs, and courier costs when the repaired products are returned. (The shipping cost is borne by the customer.) Some parts of the products to be repaired are under warranty and the customer needs Pay for repaired parts. Warranty periods may vary in different regions of the world, and Okukawa will make appropriate adjustments in accordance with local laws and regulations. "




1. Free maintenance service must meet the following conditions


Self-purchased products are used within the specified product warranty period, and products with non-artificial performance failure;


No unauthorized disassembly, no modification or installation under the guidance of non-official instructions, other non-man-made failures;


Can provide valid proof of purchase, documents and document number.




2. The following situations are not the cases of free warranty service


Product collision, drop, burnout caused by artificial non-product quality issues;


Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, opening of shells, etc., as instructed by unofficial instructions;


Damage caused by improper installation, use and improper operation without following the instructions of the official instructions;


Damage caused by circuit modification guided by unofficial instructions, or improper use of battery packs and chargers;


Without official instructions, customers repair the damage caused by the assembly by themselves;


Deface the machine serial number, factory label, and other identification.




3.Warranty notice


The user needs to send the problem product back. After receiving the machine, the Okugawa After-Sales Repair Center will perform a fault detection on the product to determine the responsibility of the problem. If it is a quality defect of the product itself, Aochuan is responsible for testing, material, labor, and express delivery costs;


If the tested product does not meet the conditions for free repair, the customer can choose to pay for repair or return the original machine;


If the problem of the machine is not covered by the warranty (such as man-made damage to the machine), we will charge the corresponding testing fee, replacement part fee, test fee, labor fee and courier fee according to the specific problem;


In view of the differences in product versions, the product does not support Global Warranty, and the warranty service can only be performed at the regional repair center designated by Okugawa.






Paid repair services:


In the event that the return and exchange policy and the free warranty terms cannot be met, Okugawa will provide paid product repair services. Customers need to pay for the inspection costs, labor costs, replacement parts costs, testing costs, and maintenance-related courier fees required for product maintenance.


The content of the payment includes: the customer shall bear the inspection costs, labor costs, replacement parts costs, and maintenance-related courier costs required for product maintenance. (Note: If the customer abandons the product repair after sending the repair product to Okugawa, the product inspection fee and courier fee will still have to be paid.)


If the customer does not confirm the maintenance plan for more than 15 days from the date the customer sends the repaired product to Aochuan, and does not expressly abandon the product maintenance, Aochuan will contact the customer to send it back, and the freight shall be borne by the customer;


In the event that the customer cannot be contacted, Okukawa will return the mailing address, and the freight will be borne by the customer.


In case of disputes over the above clauses, Yangguo Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. has the final interpretation right.


This after-sales service policy is only applicable to mainland China. Other countries and regions are subject to local after-sales service policies and legal regulations.
