Return policy

"AOCHUAN" promises that if the following conditions are met, a return or exchange request can be submitted within 15 natural days from the date of product sale (the actual date of receipt). Customers should directly contact the authorized agent AOCHUAN / AOCHUAN official sales outlets / AOCHUAN official sales website contacted at the time of purchase for return or matters. "




1. If one of the following conditions is met, the user can request a return


Within 7 natural days after the customer receives the goods, the product has no manufacturing defects, the product's outer packaging, accessories, gifts, instructions are complete, and there is no artificial damage, which will not affect secondary sales;


Within 7 natural days of receiving the goods, the customer finds obvious manufacturing defects without using the goods;


The product has undergone a replacement but still has non-artificial quality issues.




2. Under any of the following conditions, Okugawa reserves the right to reject the customer's return request


The return request made after the return period of the product after 7 natural days (calculated from the date of receipt);


Failure to provide legal proof of purchase or documents when returning or exchanging goods, or forging or altering the documents;


Incomplete returned goods, incomplete packaging, accessories, gifts, manuals, or human-made contamination caused by the appearance of the product;


Torn, altered labels, machine serial numbers, waterproof marks, anti-counterfeit marks, etc .;


Quality problems caused by product collision, burnout caused by non-product quality problems, artificial modification, foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.), incorrect installation, improper use and improper operation according to the instructions;


Product damage caused by force majeure factors, such as fire, flood, lightning strike, traffic accident, etc .;


After contacting Okugawa to confirm the return service, the corresponding items were not sent within 7 natural days.




3. If one of the following conditions is met, the user can request a replacement


Within 15 natural days of receiving the goods, the customer finds obvious manufacturing defects without using the goods;


Within 15 days after the customer receives the goods, after the product is unpacked, it cannot be started normally according to the instructions or under the guidance of technical staff, or a non-artificial product quality defect is found;


After the goods are exchanged for one time, there are non-artificial quality problems;


When the customer receives the goods, he unpacks and inspects them in front of the delivery person and finds that the product has been damaged due to transportation;


There was a clear discrepancy between the actual received goods and the description of the goods.




4. We have the right to reject the customer's replacement request in the following situations


The replacement request made after the replacement period of 15 natural day products (calculated from the date of receipt);


It is not possible to provide a legitimate purchase certificate or document when exchanging goods, or to forge or alter the document;


Incomplete returned goods, incomplete packaging, accessories, gifts, manuals, or human-made contamination caused by the appearance of the product;


The goods have been tested by AOCHUAN technical support department, and there is no quality problem;


Product quality problems caused by product collisions, burns caused by non-product quality issues, artificial modification, foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.), improper installation, or failure to use and operate according to instructions

5. Instructions for return


About refund time


The local credit / debit card / Alipay refund will be transferred to the card issuing bank within 10 working days after receiving the refund. Please contact the issuing bank for enquiry;


International credit card and Visa / Master credit card refunds, refunds will be transferred to the issuing bank within 1 to 2 weeks;


Please contact Aokawa technical support personnel to carry out the return and exchange operation under the guidance of the technical support personnel.
